Order Process:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation that the goods have been dispatched.

Pricing:

All prices are shown in US dollars. While we try to ensure all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Return Window:

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Process:

1. Initiate Your Request: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with further instructions.
3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RAN, and ship to: Dog Supplies Store, 1522 Hall Street, Las Vegas, US 89104.
4. Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), we’ll inspect them and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

• Dog Food: All dog food products are final sale due to regulatory and hygiene concerns
• Opened or Used Dog Apparel & Accessories: These items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return
