Returns & Exchanges Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Initiate Your Request: Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RAN, and ship to:

  4. Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), we’ll inspect them and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timeline and Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Dog Food: Due to regulatory and hygiene concerns, all dog food products are final sale.
  • Opened or Used Dog Apparel & Accessories: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
